Great work Michaf C with the car list, I am really glad I can come so early! One way I am really sorry about - I just got an announcement that I have to be at the Uni on the eleventh so I have to leave on the 10th ( .. is there anyone going that day? Or I can just go one way with you and take a train back, I have found advance train ticket for 20 (if anyone could give me a lift to PENZANCE .. would there be any discount for the trip cost in that case?)

It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Penzance, I'm sure someone will take you.

completely irrelevant to car list, BUT does anyone know if there's any electricity sockets on the campsite? for the hair straighteners and all that. NOT REALLY, for the camera.

Tess we're staying out the back of a pub, so you can use the sockets in there in the evenings. I think.

ATTENTION:

Michaf C Gadd is off to the RAF to bum pilots for he next four days. He has kindly left me in charge of the worlds most complicated car list. Despite the crazy variety of folks heading down and back on different dates he seems to have done a fairly good job. There are, however, certain niggles which still haven't been ironed out. Those niggles being:

Katy Marshall 6th-13th
MILF-Hunter 6th-9th

Struggling to find a car to get you guys down at the minute. Alice Manwaring is unsure as to what dates she can drive down on yet. I'll let you guys know as soon as possible what date she is leaving. It may be the 6th it may be a bit later. If either of you can find a space in a car that I haven't spotted, by all means jump in and drop me a text to let me know.

And MILF-Hunter, if you're leaving on the 9th there's no car that I can see to take you back. You might get lucky and find someone driving back early unexpectedly, but otherwise the train is your only option. For potentially less than 3 days of climbing, that sucks.

Same problem that applies to MILF-Hunter also applies to you guys. There ain't a car to take you back that early at the minute. One may appear, one may not. If it dosen't your only option will be the train from Penzance. As Mark says, its close, but its not very cheap. We may be able to take a slice off your trip fees cus you aren't going back, but I'll have to OK it with Phil and work out a number.

Final word: Its still early in the week, but I'm leaving today so won't be able to take and hassles/queries/abuse directly for putting you in the wrong car or not being able to get you home midweek. My Secretary, Miss Rose Williams, will however be on call to handle your calls. You can get her number on the Committee page, bell her anytime after 6pm.

If anything develops further with regards sorting out the niggles, I'll get miss Secretary to post up here.
